We’ve found a great tutorial for a simple pearl and crystal bracelet at Cook Love Craft’s blog. It’s simple and easy to follow and perfect for someone who may just be getting started with jewelry making. Get the complete tutorial HERE.
What we love about this design is that even though it is simple, there are almost endless possibilities of customizing it for yourself.
Both Czech glass pearls (which were used in the tutorial) and Swarovski Pearls are available in numerous colors. At The Artistic Endeavor Swarovski Crystal bicones are available in over 40 colors and Preciosa Crystal bicones (similar to Swarovski, but with a lower price tag) are available in 70 colors. That can make for a lot of different combinations!
Here’s just a few of our favorite color combinations:
8mm White Pearls with 4mm Aqua AB bicones
8mm Eggplant Pearls with 3mm Light Rose bicones
8mm Lilac Pearls with 6mm Jet bicones
8mm Black Pearls with 3mm Crystal Silver bicones
Something as simple as changing the type of clasp you use can also really change the look of the bracelet:
All the clasps pictured can be purchased HERE.
And with all the color combinations available, this would be a wonderful bracelet to make for a bridal party. It can be easily customized to your bridal party colors and who doesn’t appreciate a handmade gift?
